1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bingo08 ("bingo08," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bingo08 website located at https://bingo08.org and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by bingo08, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bingo08 Platform and close your account if one has been created.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the bingo08 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines or your country of residence.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bingo08, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bingo08 Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

bingo08 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bingo08 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the bingo08 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your bingo08 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. bingo08 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your bingo08 login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Immediately notifying bingo08 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

bingo08 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. bingo08 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details via any channel.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the bingo08 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bingo08 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT.

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your bingo08 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. bingo08 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bingo08 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the account, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

Anti-Money Laundering: bingo08 is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. bingo08 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• bingo08 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Chargebacks and payment reversals are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bingo08 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all bingo08 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification and are in good standing with bingo08.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period.
• bingo08 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be voided and the associated account may be closed.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

bingo08 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live casino games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.

By participating in any game on the bingo08 Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance, and past results do not influence future outcomes.
• bingo08's game results are final and binding. In the event of a technical malfunction or error, bingo08 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to players.
• You will not use any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytables are available within each game interface.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bingo08 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bingo08 staff or other players.

bingo08 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, void all associated winnings, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

8. Responsible Gaming

bingo08 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. bingo08 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the bingo08 Platform.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications of time spent and amounts wagered during your session.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bingo08 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the property of bingo08 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bingo08 Platform without the prior written consent of bingo08.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bingo08 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

bingo08's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bingo08 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bingo08 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

bingo08 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to dormancy procedures).

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any amounts owed to bingo08) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the bingo08 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact bingo08 customer support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. bingo08 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bingo08 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bingo08 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bingo08 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
